Providing your name and email is voluntary, but TerraCode cannot deliver the workbook or secure backup link without them. Educational and product marketing is optional and requires the separate checkbox.
Information collected
- Information you provide: name, email address, account-registration details, support messages and communication preferences.
- Membership and operations: account-bound licensing identifiers, connected-device and MT5 terminal information, deployment status and service activity needed to operate TerraCode.
- Billing status: Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, invoice and payment-status identifiers. TerraCode does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
- Website and attribution: page path, campaign parameters, privacy-safe visitor/session identifiers and actions such as form completion, download, onboarding and checkout.
How information is used
TerraCode uses information to deliver requested resources; create and secure accounts; provide licensing, Companion, deployment and support functions; process and reconcile subscriptions; measure campaign and product performance; prevent abuse; maintain service records; and comply with legitimate operational or legal obligations.
Email addresses and account identifiers are not placed in UTM parameters, GA4 events, Meta events or public download URLs.
Marketing is your choice
The free workbook and its transactional backup link do not require marketing opt-in. Educational or product follow-up is sent only when the optional marketing checkbox is selected. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe control. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop essential service, security, billing or fulfilment messages.
Optional website analytics remains off until you choose Allow analytics. If you decline, TerraCode does not load Google Analytics or Meta Pixel and does not write optional marketing-attribution identifiers. You can reopen Privacy choices at the bottom of any public page to change your choice.
Retention and security
TerraCode applies access controls, tokenized download links, hashed preference and download tokens, transport encryption and restricted administrative access. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated service, security, accounting, support or legal purposes. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You may ask TerraCode to identify the personal information associated with you, correct inaccurate information, stop marketing, or delete information that is no longer required, subject to necessary security, accounting and legal records. TerraCode may need to verify the requester before acting.

This operational notice describes TerraCode's current data-handling practices. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the business, jurisdictions and service providers evolve.
